What’s included in my suite lease?+
All utilities, 24/7 access, use of our booking software, laundry facilities, the shared break room, professional cleaning of common areas, and access to our business coaching program. You supply only the tools of your craft.
How large are the suites?+
Our suites average 12′×12′ — among the largest in the region. We also have one double suite and one floater suite available for specialized setups.
What kind of lease term do you offer?+
Standard lease is 12 months. We believe in commitment from both sides — enough time for a professional to truly establish their business in the space.
Can I customize my suite?+
Yes. Each suite is turn-key but fully yours to design — paint, décor, signage, lighting. We encourage you to make it reflect your brand.
