  • Jenelle Nelson

I am visual/fine artist. I am native to Raleigh, North Carolina, but currently residing in Greensboro. My love for art first started when I discovered my artistic ability at a very young age. From there, art developed into a great passion of mine and I continued to develop my skills. I attended North Carolina A&T State University and majored in Visual Art & Design. It was there that I realized my calling in life is to be an artist.

My art consists of a variety of different subjects such as portraits, animals, still life, and sceneries. My style is both realistic and abstract. I love painting and drawing things that spark thought and conversation. I draw inspiration from both American and international cultures, as well as all of the diversity around me. I am proud of the artist that I am. It brings me joy to see the smiles on those that look at my art.
